Meet our Staff

Terrell Kowal joined FCWS in March 2011 as our Case Manager. Terrell has an Associate Degree in Mental Health Technology from Virginia Western Community College, and a Bachelor’s’ Degree in Anthropology from Eastern Kentucky University. She is also certified as a Housing Quality Standards specialist; HIV testing and counseling; and is a trained SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access and Recovery provider.  She has worked as a mental health associate, substance abuse counselor, and caseworker in community mental health and nonprofit settings. She also served a 12-month tour with AmeriCorps as a housing counselor. Terrell has a passion for housing and homelessness issues and supports the women at FCWS with enthusiasm.

Kim Webb works as a part-time Case Manager at FCWS. Kim completed her internship at the Shelter while obtaining an associate degree in Applied Science and Human Services from the Bluegrass Community and Technical College. She became interested in social services through working with people with substance abuse issues. After she completed her degree, she served at FCWS for 2 years through the AmeriCorps Build Corps Program.
